Yes.....it COULD be Bukhara....but it looks like it is made of brass...probably a token so I think we would need someone who can read arabic !
A Token From Turkey. Ottoman Style Value : 2 Para , Issued for pament for boatmen worked in a service of crossing the Bosphorus strait. One of the few tokens I have is 10 para , made of the same composition (brass ?) . Do not try to find it in Krause.
