Seriously? We need a competition for the ugliest coin?

I'm in...

IMHO, I can't see collecting as a competition. There is always someone out there with a better coin or collection. And who is to say what kind of collection is better? Are the coins out in the open which may have been circulated and possibly been used/ touched by ancient famous people in history better? Or are the ones thats been used once. then preserved behind plastic in near perfect condition better? At the end of the day its all about who is happy with their collection.

Yah, as we all know, I don't have huge skills in some coin-areas (sure, I dominate in the useless categories, but I'm pretty fricken weak in a few of the go-to areas!!) ....... I'm a bit like a special-teams kinda player? ... ummmm, or maybe even a kicker?

... anyway ...

"Photography" has never been one of my strong-suits ... but, a guy has got to face his weaknesses and challenge himself every now and then, correct? (or incorrect?)

... either way, I decided that the seller's photos weren't quite as sweet as I usually appreciate, so I decided to re-shoot a couple of fairly recent purchases ...

Hey, I still love these new coins (thrifty purchase for a change) ... I just hope that my home-photos are an asset and not a detriment? (oh, did I mention that I like you dudes?)
