So the area for the anomaly is raised? Is this a 1988 no MM? If it is no MM wonder if it could be different variety? It almost looks like another lobe on the far shot, but close up not so sure. It doesn't look like a blister to me.

 

MM or not it's not the variety. That one is unmistakable.

I was looking at it again and the bust has a lot of doubling. Is there something wrong with the bowtie too?
