Interesting colour. Careful........could be baked. Is the coin holdered?

No, the coin isn't slabbed. I thought the toning might be artificial too.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

The toning has the look of an MS-70'd coin. Some people like it, but it won't get into a TPG slab (anymore). It's not AT, per se, but has been assisted.

Pretty coin but I agree. It won't slab. I would use that $250 for something that is already in a good holder.

Also , if you look carefully, the surface has significant markings, more on the reverse, but still maybe the reason for the 'lipstick'

Ouch. I've been finding a lot of ungradable toned IHC's on ebay. The slabbed IHC's that I do find are either too expensive or are so old they are from a time period where TPG's overlooked MS70'd coins. Does anyone know a reputable dealer with a website that I can buy slabbed toned IHC's from?
