All 5 of mine came back from PCGS PR69 which almost made me sick to my stomach. I decided to call the mint and was allowed to return the coins unslabbed obviously and even thug I was a day past my 7 day return window they took them all back. Now I am down almost $400 in shipping and grading but on a better note since yesterday I was able to pick up two on ebay. One sealed in the mint box for $1260 minus ebucks and CC thats around $1200 and a PR70 from NGC for $1475 minus bucks and fees. I felt bad shipping them back to the mint but I never have returned anything to them so they were ok with it.

Matt, wouldn't that put you over your household order limit?, Unless your one of those screw the public, greedy coin dealers and lets do some flipping. Did you have nine other guys at the shop ordering?
As a moderator I would think you would not broadcast that you were ordering more then the household limit.

In the end, you started the thread but never gave an update on how many you ordered, how many you recieved, how fast they got there &/or the quality.

Please give an update on the orders you placed & how you made out. you ask members to do so but not a peep on your "orders"

I ordered and received 10 pieces. 5 went to my home and 5 went to my office. I actually ordered 5 for some of my good customers/ local coin club guys who wanted them but didn't want to or know how to order them. I didn't charge them any premium. The other 5 we ordered and marked up $50 and put in the display case... They didn't sell so we sold them to great collections at a slight loss.

Darn that greedy dealer in me right?

Kennedy gold limited to only 75,000 from unlimited. It should push the price to at least.

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

    I don't think they'll get close to 70K sold.
As of 11/30 they are at 67,640.

The mint should declare end of sales for all kennedy coins on December 31, 2014. This could help everyone collecting this series.

image.jpg I started out with 5 I bought from the mint and had slabbed. All 5 came back 69 so I cracked them and sent them back luckily. With that money I bought an ngc ms70 for like $1300, A Ana Chicago realease 70 for $1500 and a single coin sealed in the ER box that I got from a fellow member for $1100. Overall if you don't count the $350 I lost on grading mine I'm at a slight loss on the gold ones right now.!

Gold is souring. Kennedy gold survive this time. If gold maintain $1,300.oo and above. Mint will sell kennedy gold at $1,277.50. That's put everybody bought before from the mint happy. Cause average cost is around $1,240.00 each. And not only that. Analysts predict gold to shine this year between $1,450.00 to $1,550.00 an ounce. Good luck.
