Greek Original Reverse

    Among all Greek coins I had acquired, this one has a gazelle and a big star on the reverse. It weighs 6.9 g. The obverse is not in a fine condition but it's still identifiable. Please help ID this ancient. Thanks.. Charles Animated R.jpg Animated O.jpg

    oh cool, that's one of those syrian "star of bethlehem" coins reverse is a ram and and obverse is zeus. i think TIF has one of these?

    Thanks C 71. I think, I mean the first Idea that came to my mind is to ask about the approximate date of this coin? Then does this star here have any relation with the Birth of Jesus ?
