Cool book I picked up

About a month ago i picked up this 1929 B. Max Mehl star rare coin catalog. Thought it was kinda cool and thought I'd share it. I'd love to buy some of those coins at the prices listed!!

Good ol' Max. I's got's one too which I picked up at an antiquarian book store a few zerls ago. Love it brother!

 

Actually bought this from an antique dealer friend who was a serious numismatist years ago Bill Subjack if the name sounds familiar he co wrote the book on early dimes

At first I read the title as Cook Book.

They are regardless I'd be happy to pay him a good profit

 

I still have a stone mountain in old max's little manila envelope. Has some pretty colors, but don't want to take it out of there. Too cool as a group.

This is from a 1952 copy. Mark Feld is related to him in some way.

 

There is a long series of them, about 53 editions as I remember.

the early ones are fairly scarce
