Can somebody help ID a coin i have come cross please?

    The first face up should be turned clock reverse 90 degrees. Try to do it so that we could better identify where this coin had been struck.

    Egypt under Turkey (Ottoman Empire) small silver coin
    Sultan Mahmud II, accession date AH 1223 (AD 1808), regnal year 28(?)
    Better photographs, diameter, and weight would help.
