It's a 1958 UNC coin

 

That doesn't look UNC to me.

 

Bad photo the coin is great condition

 

The coin may be unc, but most likely pretty low unc, maybe MS-60. I has bad appeal and looks like it may have been "cleaned"

Looks circulated to me, also. Maybe a few dollars.

 

Definitely circulated. Different standards apply to stainless steel coins, as the wear is much more subtle.
