    I got this guy in the mail this morning. I hadn't had a full sheet before.

    That is gorgeous! I've never seen this in sheet form before. This one holds special interest for me because I've got a BEP vignette proof of Washington that was used as the portrait for this note. Geo Washington.jpg

    Nah, I just picked it up cause the price was decent and it's really neat!

    I have seen the fractional shields before, I have heard of partial sheets of fractional currency, first time I have seen a full sheet.

    A question for the Pashas of paper, were the fractional currency sheets the same paper that was used for the legal tender notes, or was it made especially for the fractional notes?

    I'll answer it like this. These are rather expensive... A very similar piece last sold at Heritage for $2550.

    I wondered about that. It's in the intersection of the margins in the lower left -- not the typical place for a plate number. Any clue to what that indicates?
