Doug, I broadly agree. I have tended towards AVG, then grouping the II C, II CO etc especially given the number of reverse die links here, then moving on to COS I, which is a much larger issue in it's own right and finishinh with COS II. I would not split out the COS I-I and COS -II into a separate group though they doe generally seem to be earlier than the majority of the COS II coins based on style. The IMP mints would logically be IMP II, followed by IMP VIII but calling out the PERT, PERET and PERTE being worthwhile. I think it is a very worthwhile exercise. I am up for it if you are.
