What did you do, or what are your plans to do with your collection this Thanksgiving Weekend? I personally appreciate holiday weekends because it gives me some spare time to "play with my coins" as my wife puts it. I spent a good bit of time on Thanksgiving organizing my world coins and separating my display ones vs my trade ones. I cataloged about 75 coins and encased a few more. How about you?
I watched 'A Million Ways to Die in the West', and failed to catalog anything. Also, I partook of way too much coleslaw so you may want to keep your distance........
I was looking over some of my coin collection. today I got my inheritance check....ding ding we have a winner. gonna buy my dream coin in a few days. pics after I buy it. doing that happy coin dance now. so happy.
Worked shoveled snow plowed snow and hauled in a couple truckloads of firewood haven't even looked at my coins in a few weeks as Ive been to busy and don't have nothing new
do not want to say until I bid on it/win it. then I will tell you all. I will give you a hint... Belgium.
Sat in the dark around the woodstove eating DintyMoore with my woman and sons... was an interesting holiday lol (lost power 11pm wed night until a few hours ago)
we had our daughters, their husbands, and our grandchildren along with my brother and his family for dinner
Hmm, well, I have 30 coins from Belgium and I'm willing to bet it's not any of those... I hope you do not have too many competing bids.
Ah, been there just a few days ago. Did unfortunately not come across any coins with the new king Philippe/Filip yet ... Christian
Curiously I found several Spanish, German and Netherlands coins in roll searches, machine finds etc this last week. One of the Netherlands coins had Queen Beatrix, and I wonder how long it will be until I find one of the King Willem coins?
