    the 1909-S has the design of the 1859 - 1886 Indian Cents ...

    The "report auction" button is still there on closed auctions -- you just have to click through to "view original auction".

    However, I've started using eBay's new, streamlined, one-step approach for reporting fakes.

    Step 1: Do nothing.

    As best I can tell, it has exactly the same results as the "Report auction" link, and it's much quicker.

    Bingo! The last feather points between the I and C in AMERICA. This is a type 1 design which was changed in 1886. Everything 1887 and beyond whould have the last feather point between the C and A in AMERICA.

    I don't know about die characteristics, but how does an EF IHC have full feathers? It looks odd to me.
