They aren't in the greatest shape, they both have rim bruising. Please give me your thoughts mainly on how much you think they're worth.
Cannot tell from the photographs--don't take pictures at an angle. Need to see the surfaces of the obverse and reverse of the coins. Can't even tell if they are genuine or not from that picture. I'd be suspicious of the 93cc, as that is a good date, and often counterfeited.
Yea, I realize they aren't great pictures. I'm sure these are genuine but like I said they have issues. It's a shame about the 93.
How can you be sure of the genuineness of the 1893cc. That is a key date for Morgans, and from the pictures, I am not sure, and I have been collecting them for over 40 years.
The 93-CC appears to be a VAM-2 and nothing that I can see draws concern of it being anything other than what it looks like. The 90-CC is wholly unremarkable and likewise offers no such concerns. Value-wise, with such coins I believe this to be a personal decision, meaning that if you're a buyer looking to add to his collection, ignore the guides and pay only what you're comfortable with. If the seller you are, of course free to ask whatever you want for them, but short of fluffing, I'd suggest setting modest expectations as best.
The 90 looks like one I sold for $90 similar grade with some Rim dings I agree the 93 looks a bit off but could just be the photo
20, maybe netted to 15 for the rim bump and 12 respectively. I have no concerns about their legitimacy.
