Are these bills worth anything over face?

I count up a lot of money at my job, and occasionally pull star notes or bills with interesting serial numbers. I'm not an expert at this, so I'm wondering if anything I have is worth more than face, or whether I should just spend these.

$20 series 2006 IE 0009863 * (lightly circulated) should be worth a little over face because of the low number, but im no paper money expert

 

Your 3rd note listed is a definite keeper! The Run Size is very low and makes it a moderately rare star note. Good find! Here is a little more info on the 3 star notes:
