There be buyers and there be sellers. I got a reminder message from eBay to continue listing for free through tomorrow... The eBay app rings like a cash register when a buyer pays, unless you turn that feature off.
Be sure you have your settings to receive these offers. I got the one today and got $140 in ebay bucks today.
Open a 2nd account just for buying. sign up for ebay bucks, make a couple purchases 10-50 dollar items, them just wait, dont buy another thing, it may take a couple months, but they will start sending them to get you more active. My main seller account never gets them, however I opened 3 more buyer accounts, 1st account took a month, 2nd took 5 months. Now, I swear I get a offer every other week.
I have two accounts, one mainly buying and one mainly selling. I have it set to receive offers on both, but still never get any.
