Whilst I know this coin is not rare I thought that the condition was good enough to justify a slab at PCGS or NGC.....despite all my coins being stolen last time. Would be interested to know opinions on how it might do.

Looks like a nice coin from the pictures. Possible PL. Coins been dipped, but it looks like there is still plenty of luster left.

Grading from the pics you posted, I'd give it a MS64 with a possible PL. The devices are pretty free of contact marks, but the fields keep it from going higher IMO.

Agree marbury. Nice pick up. I'd only get it graded if you have some free coupons you can send in to either NGC or PCGS.

What happened there? I must have missed that thread.

I didn't report it on a thread.......felt a but stupid as not insured apart from a nominal amount. Some UNC 1902 Crowns, etc.....about $1,000 never had problem before and they even returned the empty packet! If I get the Morgan slabbed I will send it with a few other coins but will get full insurance. Also just bought 10kg of World Coins unseen so looking forward to sorting them.....

Cheek is clean. Nice! Noise in front of her nose seems to be the "issue." good shot at 4.

Looks to me like a MS64. Might be PL also?

MS 64. Not proof like, as the obverse doesn't seem to meet the criteria on reflectivity from that picture. Reverse is nice in terms of mirrors. A strong 64. Would I slab it? Probably not, as that is such a common date.

Strong 64 agreed has pl qualities but won't grade pl worth slabbing if you got a economy shipment going anyway but not worth a special trip

That cheek looks clean enough for a 65 to me. Give it a quick rinse in a weak dip of your choice and I bet you get a 65 out of it.

At $45, you'll do fine. You could probably put it up for auction with those pics on eBay right now and get at least $70.
