1963 D Quarter - DD or MD?

    Posting this to get opinions. I'm not good with quarter attribution yet and this has signs of doubling on most of the letters, date and mint mark, but it looks more like Mechanical Doubling than a real DDO/DDR. Thanks for looking.

    It looks like machine doubling on most, but I'd like to see a better close-up of the mintmark. It could be an RPM, but I'm not sure.
