    Looks like someone used some MS-70 on it . It was supposed to be a (safe) cleaner but it leaves telltale colors on it that the tpgs won't pass .

    I agree. The reverse is really pretty. It probably had some help. Maybe MS70 was used on it. You don't see many IHCs with color.
