pmd or cud?

I found these two coins roll hunting.

Boy I do like your pictures!!! For me I think they are both damage, but that's me. A cud is raised filled in die break extending from the rim into the field with some displacement on the opposite side. Here cpm9ball explains it a bit more in this thread:

The second is definitely Post Mint Damage, not 100% sure about the first.
