Yes, it is! There are supposedly only 12 known, but only 3 others have ever surfaced. One is an NGC PF68UCAM, and the other is a PF69UCAM. I had 2, but I gave one to a friend when we both ordered them on my credit card. I submitted mine to NGC, and it came back as a mint error, PF70UCAM. Then, when the CPG added it as FS-901, I resubmitted it for the attribution. It then became the Top Pop with no others, and a couple months later I sold it to a man on the West Coast for $1k. His broker bought my friend's complete proof set with the error for $750. Chris
