I don't mind saying I got a good laugh outta this...which I think is important...I find myself going through peaks and valley's with this hobby. Some days I love it, its the best thing in the world, other days I'm ready to walk away from it. I think, "what's the use," then I go buy a pop and get a 1945 nickel in my change and all the sudden I'm inspired again. I think humor is important in a hobby, even if it is more than geeky, this provided some hobby doldrums relief, thanks for sharing in that. Maybe I'm making too much of this, but at 41 years old, two kids in school, sports, and other stiff, full time job, rentals, a wife who work outside the home, 6 acres to care for, its easy some times to see this hobby as a hurdle to every day life. But, in reality, its just the opposite, it's a chance to take my mind off of the every day responsibilities and focus on something completely different, and where I can learn something new every day.
