    I would send it in as a learning experience. I looked at all the photos multiple times and I saw parallel lines in different areas on the coin. They did not look like circulation marks to me, but I can't say definitively whether I'm correct.

    Yea. I'm thinking it might be wiped. The field under this magnification looks different from the left and right side.

    I'll stay out of the cleaning debate, back to the grade, I'm not going higher than VF - look at the wear marks on the ear, breasts and legs. Also the leading edge of the eagle's wing.
