Morgan and peace dollar are these errors or damage?

    Good evening friends,
    Could somebody tell me if this is damage or mint issues.?
    The Morgan has something stamped inside the bow . Is it supposed to be there? Looks like a backward 3.

    The other is the peace dollar .
    The Eagles beak seems wrong.
    Again is it supposed to look like that ?

    On the Morgan it's an M for the designer , there's also one on the obverse on Liberty's neck .
