Apologies for not posting/replying much lately. Work has me busy and tired. Had to get a quick fix for ancients today. The reason for my getting these didn't transfer well with my photos. They look like the were sneezed on a little, but I really liked the looked of the. The Pax coins has wonderful detail in hand. The Fides has a weaker strike but I like it. Picked up a few meteorites as well. A couple 7g ones from Campo del Cielo I had also picked up this flat-ish 26g. one a while ago that I haven't shared yet; Canyon Diablo.
Reading that and then looking at the coins made me snot, errr.. snort in amusement. Thanks for the laugh. Like both the coins and meteors.

neat RG...not bad at all for claudius ii, i have a couple but they are in very poor shape. meteorites show up in another thread here...pretty cool.
You're not a real collector of ancients unless you've got a few crusty coins! Most of my coins of Claudius are in pretty good shape, but I'll post this one, with a bunch of little boogers, just to fit in. It's not BD, Mat.
this coin has a bunch of little neat blue boogers on it... sometimes i find coin boogers appealing...
