1991 Washington Quarter, No Mint Mark

I just found a 1991 Quarter with no mint mark. No damage on coin, not worn down. Anyone else?

In my opinion, it's a "D". Faint, but a "D". Possibly struck through grease.

Yes. Struck through Grease in the area of the D Mint Mark.

 

I agree, there is definitely a faint D there and struck through grease is the cause.
