Attention - NOT MY SLAB Here is the information for a DR Quarter for 1978 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5994.html They were minted at the US Mint according to Numista I bet we'll be seeing a few threads in the future of newbies thinking they found the same type of error!
I wonder how many of these might have been made and missed. I mean, it does really not show much of a difference from a regular strike to most eyes. Someone had to be looking really hard for this and knew of another. I surely would have missed it.
