Time to show off my 1961 PR 69 Quarter

This is the one that I picked up for $20 that I have been talking about. Was able to get decent pics today so here they are! Tell me what you think. PCI says it is a cameo, but I doubt it. Still, I think it is a nice coin. Thanks for looking! (Plenty more posts to come. Was ab;e to get more pics of some error coins I found.)

Are those hairlines on the coin, to the right of the obverse?

Thanks. No, They are on the case. The only thing wrong that I can se on it are very tiny black specs on it. Otherwise, I think it is a very pretty coin. A good price at $20 in my mind. Thanks all for replying.
