http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...FeedbackAsSeller&ssPageName=VIP:feedback:2:us Read their negatives. The seller clearly does not understand the reserve process, and I can't believe ebay hasn't shut them down yet.
From the feedback, it looks like the seller is a crook who renigs on sales by stating that he had a reserve that wasn't actually listed.
That vendor is braindead. There's a lot of nutcases on eBay who deserve to be goneburgers anyway! Time to get www.coinaf.org involved I think . Aidan.
Deffinately some interesting behavior from the seller. The odd thing is though, if you look at the sales...the problems have only happened recently. From the looks of it, all the negatives have occured since November...and many in the last several weeks. That seems odd to me.
This is a bad, bad, bad ebayer. They need to get him off. Sometimes ebay is very slow in removing sellers. It's like they need the money. There profits are now in the billions.
He posted retaliatory feedback claiming that the buyers didn't understand the reserve process. Now all of his listings are BIN only. The whole reserve concept must be too much for him. At the very least, I would think ebay would retract the negative feedback left for the buyers.
Marianne, that is a very old tactic that Pamela 'Savannah Scammer' Donnelly was using that is,until she got NARU'd from both eBay & www.overstock.com . Aidan.
If ya ask me I say to get rid of his privelages...I think there should be a limit of 4 negatives per year
You can always run their feedback profile through Toolhaus first to check. You can base your decision from the results. Aidan.
I just bough from a seller who had 30 negatives in the last year - but that was about a 99.8% positive. You cannot please everyone all the time. Even then, there are kooks for buyers as wellas sellers. Just look at the feedback left by thang1and2 (eBay name) before or as he got naru'ed
They are still a powerseller as well, though E-Bays own policy states " 98% total positive Feedback or better" I'm just tired of E-Bay and all the scaming of one sort or another taking place. I don't know about you, but this just seems to be a big problem in areas of E-Bay and I'm thinking in all around terms from scamming with postage costs to stuff like this just seems to be more common now?
RayCanada, the people at www.coinaf.org should be kept informed about this braindead vendor. They're doing a bit of stuff behind the scenes. By the way,it is good to see you back,& actually posting. Aidan.
LoL yeah I have been doing a lot of travel/work and so on it's made it somewhat difficult to keep up with everything I guess it's the old story everyone goes through not enough hours in the day.
Indianhead,I used to think once a vendor got 3 negatives,they'd get NARU'd straight away,but it isn't the case.It is kind of like 3 strikes & you're out (in teeball,baseball & softball).They have a 3 strikes & you're out policy on other auction websites,but as to which ones,I don't know. Aidan.
