I happened across a $20 note 2009 pretty good shape with the serial 92152512 it's the closest thing to a perfect radar note that I've ever found. Is this enough digits to be a keeper? Thanks!
Two phrases come to mind.... Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, and Close, but no cigar.
It either is or it isn't. Radar notes must be perfect. Your 2,617 serial numbers off from this being a radar. Whether you think it's close enough is up to you. Some use the "It's cool" method of collecting, which carries no extra value above face.
