    I don,t know if it's junk or not. I found it in a CWR 75-1.jpg 75-3.jpg 75obv2.jpg 1975dobv.jpg Image939.jpg

Just looks like a junk coin to me. I mean, I do not see anything which jumps out as "unusual".

What is it that you are thinking about this coin?

Possible die over polishing? Looks like Lincoln has a "broken nose". Heavy metal flow lines behind the neck. Neck looks like it is fading out. Front lapel of the coat looks close to being detached.

I just noticed a moat around the head, a fuzzy, weak , or distorted portrait. Not PMD. What do you think?

Everything that you said. I didn't notice the nose till you mentioned it. Over polishing wouldn't leave the canal between the nose and face , would it?

There is also a strong doubling of the bottom of the bust.

Yes it would. the bridge of the nose and the area around the eye is the shallowest area of relief on the bust. as the surface of the die is ground down those relief areas will be the first the reach the same level and that of the field. The bridge of the nose will disappear and that whole area will appear to be just an extension of the field. Exactly as it appears on this coin.

Obverse struck weak, reverse looks normal....IMHO...a "spender".
