found this roll hunting today. I see

1 lunar impact Crater in front of forehead

2 trench under liberty, and god but letters intact so trench was in planchet, or blank die.

3 strong doubling and separation lines on berty, and god, less so on we trust

    possible DDO.

    4 possible die clash

    What do you see? 006dc1.jpg 006dc10.jpg 006liberty.jpg 006trust.jpg 996liberty2.jpg

Hmmm...I'll wait for the educated experts to expound on their theories!

All I see is a worn die with PMD of some type in front of Lincoln.

And where ever did you get the term "lunar Impact Crater"?

Haha there is a shallow crater in front of the forehead. If you magnify you will even see the crater walls from tiny molten metal beads. It is a separate issue .

    You mean like this?

I'm still not seeing anything other than where someone damaged the coin.

What threw me is the fact that the lines running from the bust to Liberty look like a sideways bust/coat. Then The hi in liberty are not damaged or pushed into the trench. That suggests to me that the trench was on the planchet before it was struck.

Trust me when I say that you really need to "learn" more about the coin making process before attempting to analyze what may or may not be occurring on a coin which has been produced by the billions.

I see nothing of any significance occurring on the subject coin other than some PMD and the extreme effort with which you are trying to convinve yourself that have actually have something here.

Your time would be better spent with other pursuits instead of microscopic anomalies.
