I had found a 1922 wheat cent, I remember the date because it was one I hadn't seen before. Anyways, I usually place all my wheat cents in one pile. I haven't gotten around to putting then in protectors. I was going through the Redbook and noticed the prices for the 1922. I have searched and searched for this coin and I'm unable to find it. I'm hoping that it didn't accidentally get in the pile that was taken to the coin machine. Im on my triple search of all the coins that I've searched this week and the ones I have put in protectors. I can just kick myself in the !!!

If I remember correctly, Yes! That's why I'm trying to find it to verify it. This SUCKS!!!

As you get older you forget where you put stuff, about a year ago I found my set of Buffalo nickels that I misplaced for 15 years. I'm still looking for my Stone Mt. Ga. coin with lots more coins. Don't worry you'll find it.

I'm hoping so. My biggest fear is that it went back to the coin machine. I've looked and looked, nothing. I told my wife the same thing, it might be years from now and I'll run across it. It's not like I'm wanting to sell it, I just want to protect it. Unfortunately, the coins from that machine have already left for the Feds. It's a nightmare.

    Good luck finding it.

I have a 1909 proof Barber half dollar that is MIA. I'm hoping it will turn-up in an "empty" slab box or something.

Just last night I was trying to potograph this coin. The coin is darker than this photo so I'll probably need to re-take the photo. The grade on the PCGS slab is VF35.

I'll bet this looks a little bit like the coin for which you are looking. It is a 1922 no-D with strong reverse.

Man, sometimes I wonder if it's a dream that I had. But I remember seeing the 22. Thanks for the good luck. That's a nice coin you have. Hopefully I can find mine and post it here.

The eyes usually go before the memory, so probably it was a 1932 P, no harm :)

I lost my very first Morgan Dollar somewhere in my old house. I figured one day it would turn up, but 17 years & 1 move later it's finally become time to call it a loss. She was a high grade raw 1885-P.....may she rest in peace :-(
    Best of fortune with yours!
