what is this one all about

this one is misaligned and has some ripple effect due to excessive grease on the die
and larger denticles or marks from the ones I found before,,,

Die clash along with some die damage.

 

I'm thinking the same thing, but not sure. Do you have a photo of the front of the coin?

If the marks on the reverse are die clash, I can't see where they would come from on the obverse. Maybe its foreign object damage? Curious......keep asking around. Is there a local dealer you like, maybe they could look at it for you!
