Thx, i downloaded the book on ionia, Will be hard to find this coin no letters, and woman? We will see
The problem is, the coin is so worn that it's difficult to say. Larissa was my first thought as well - the head certainly looks like the nymph Larissa, and the coins frequently have grazing horses. I just haven't seen them in such a small denomination - I've seen obols with the same devices, but not bronze that small. Then Dionysos posts a link to a Troas coin which is still a little too big, but more in the ball park, and that's also a possibility. Apollo sometimes looks very feminine, depending on the culture that depicts him, and the bust of that coin really isn't all that feminine.
Batman is more than likely correct, but this is the type of coin I thought of when first I saw the Okidoki's image: Thessaly, Larissa Æ17 or this one: Thessaly, Larissa Æ12
I don't think it's Ionia? ... I attached a CNG link which shows hundreds of Ionia stag examples, but I couldn't find one similar to your coin's design (check 'em out, my friend) ... note that there are several tabs at the bottom of the page https://cngcoins.com/Search.aspx?PAGE_NUM=&PAGE=1&TABS_TYPE=2&CONTAINER_TYPE_ID=3&IS_ADVANCED=1&ITEM_DESC=ionia stag&ITEM_IS_SOLD=1&SEARCH_IN_CONTAINER_TYPE_ID_1=1&SEARCH_IN_CONTAINER_TYPE_ID_3=1&SEARCH_IN_CONTAINER_TYPE_ID_2=1
i'd put my money on horse also. i do see the "antler", but look at bings first coin...something is coming up from the head there is well. i think it's a gouge in the neck of the horse instead.
