Hi Guys, got some indian head cents that I think are errors.

    NGC MS63 RB 1904, I think its the RPD FS-301 S-10?
    1887 DDO FS-101 S-1?
    1901 the 1 is a re punch I think
1895 I think is also is a re punched date

Should I send out the 1904 cent to get re graded and have the variety on it? Also should I send the 1887 to get graded for the IHC Variety set?

Thank you so much in advance and sorry if I am not as knowledgeable, not really familiar with errors

The 1901 is graded MS 64 RB by NGC

They don't look like RPD's to me.

Is it possible to see PROPER photos of the 87 and 04?

The 1904 looks like a dead on match.

I may have been looking at the wrong ones, but I would like to see photos of the entire date. Why does your USB scope show the images backwards?

Here.... this is what I meant by "proper".

    P.S.

It certainly looks promising, but showing more of the coin wouldn't hurt.

That's one of the problems that comes with using some of the USB scopes. They won't allow full images of the coin.

That's absurd. It seems to me that there should be some adjustment before saving the final image. I'd be shopping for a new one if it can't.

Photoscape image program has a reverse function as well as a upside down function.

Actually almost none of the USB cameras can show all of a coin beyond the 3 cent piece except the extended focus of the dino-cam, which is several hundred $$.

That is what I thought, Jim, but I opted for conservatism by using "some" rather than "most".

I forgot to mention that photoscape is available for windows or mac for free
photoscape.org and is well worth the money :)
