Is this a coin ?

    I dont think its a coin but it did come in a coin lot, can anyone shed any light on what it might be? could be modern have no idea but did come very old coin lot.
    Width:- 27mm.
    Weight:- 4.32 grams.

    Looks like some kind of 1960's souvenir medal to me. I get lots of oddball metal "things" in group lots. Pretty common.
