Another great Ebay listing that you should not miss. Am I missing something? I not sure if blurring the pictures so badly that they appeared doubled counts http://www.ebay.com/itm/111484732184?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
I know. Sadly he has many listings for various doubled die coins that are not what he is advertising.
eBay is LOADED with misinformed sellers as ignorance has no boundaries. Anybody can buy or acquire a book BUT...... Not everybody can read it correctly.
LOL. I was thinking furry and I both got taken advantage of because our coins look nothing like the Ebay listing. If I could only upgrade
I actually paid right at $900 when I bought this one a few years back. It was sent into CAC after I bought it. Recent auction records still show MS66RD examples going for between $850-1200. I have yet too see a NGC MS67RD example come up for auction and the most recent PCGS MS67RD examples that sold were around $10,000 or more. I will upgrade this coin one day
I have received a response from the seller just now that this coin will go fast. My head hurts. My response was if you are so confident that this coin is what you are representing it too be post my question and his answer within his Ebay feed.
In 1983 or so , I bought 2 72/72 DDO from Bower and Merena for $229 each ( +/-) with special. One was PCGS65Rd, and this one on left 66RD. Ignore the lowly AU55 1955/55 bought on a Reeves mail bid ( no internet) for $360. It was advertised as Unc, so close In slab. White streaks are on holder.
This guy has all sorts of fun stuff listed, doesn't he. Perhaps he should team up with to our very own junk non-error error dealer specialist; oh, what a grand pair they would make. With that said, I did find this one particularly interesting.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-S-Linc...93?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item19f4d540ed
