    MS 63
    was One hundred percent pure White when graded to. Toning now.

    I know we sent in about 30 full 1945-1964 bank rolls different dates I kept this on. Why ???

    Yeah my thinkin too!!!
    I think we sold off all MS 64 and above in a whole sale deal that was graded back then.
