1823 Great Britain 1/2 Crown Alignment Question

Hello All,

I was flipping through my World Silver coins and I realized that all the British coins I have are in the Medal Alignment with the exception of this coin. I was wondering if it was supposed to be coin alignment or medal alignment. If it is supposed to be medal alignment then it is pretty rotated. What do you think?

awesome early date. is this the small or large head variety ? if its the small head variety it's worth way more money. find out.
