This isn't a series I should pretend to know much about, nor the venue for chitchat, but the weakness around the date seems highly irregular. I'd post it in the world coin section for some opinions.
Zach, I don't see a 415a even listed in Fuld's book, either with his DIE-O-GRAM reference or in his regular listings. I think this is the plain 415 without the "a". It does show that die Muled with the 210 die.
Picked up another Daniel Carr fantasy overstrike coin--the Kennedy Half in "circulated" but uncirculated finish. This is the seller's picture. Only 39 minted.
I was able to make it to the NH coin & currency expo this past weekend. Only for about an hour on Friday, though. Still I was able to pic up some nice coins. Here is a group of Franklins I picked up, all from the same dealer, all PCGS MS 64 FBL.
My latest eBay score. I was the only bidder, got it cheap. Capsule has some scratches and stuff on it.
And just back from NGC today: Very light golden toning above the bonnet on this last one that does not really show up in the pics very much.
A quartet of silver halves: 1950-D and 1962-D Franklins, and two 1967s. I got all four off of ebay. The listing was for random dated halves so I bought them so I would be surprised what years and mintmarks (in the case of the Franklins) that I received. I feel I got a decent deal on them as well.
