I had a friend give me this, and to be clear, the bumps are not dents, the coin is flat with a bump on each side, in different spots . the Obverse bump has a mintmark stamped into it.
I have this great any-virus software called "linux" As for the coin, you got me. I'd say cancer but it's a coin. Planchet defect? Some for of lamination?
I see nothing but pitures in there. Not to say a picure can't contain malware (think image libraries / buffer overflows -- it has happened) but the zip is irrelevant, then.
The pics and file look fine folks... I am not an expert on errors, but it looks like foreign material in the planchet when it was made (almost like a small washer). It is pretty cool looking and I am sure worth much more than 10 cents!
and what are you talking about maleware? I took the photos from my ipad, sent them to my gmail, downloaded the damn files and posted it.
A guy on Ebay calls them "gas bubbles" and got $2 for a dime... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-roosev...39?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item3f39af72c3
