Thoughts on 2 Morgan 's 1898 p & 1891 p

Nothing spectacular here, just looking for thoughts on condition/grade ect. FYI These are cell phone pics with natural outdoor lighting.

Did you check the weight for these? Far for being an expert on these...but I think something looks wrong.

 

The weight is spot on for both of them. What makes you question that there might be something wrong?

 

I'd say they're uncirculated details. The lack of luster makes me think they've had a cleaning.

 

The first Morgan has a good strike as it has full feathers but the feathers do look odd. might just be the picture.

 

I'm with Savy. I don't see any luster on either........improperly cleaned.

Both coins look fine other than a dip . They look like AU coins to me if the luster is ok .

 

Thanks for the comments. This seems to happen with all of the pictures I take of coins. The coins end up looking dead. As usual they look better in hand but I'm not disagreeing with anyone.

 

Cell phones don't always show the luster well .
