1971 P 5 Step. Is this a good find? I found this a few years ago, and forgot all about it till I was organizing my coins. I found it by searching through coin rolls.
It isn't worth much until MS-66, but I agree with @furryfrog02, the hit and the lack of detail on the lowest two steps would prevent the FS designation.
@lukeauggie, I would add that if you picked this coin out of a roll that you have a really good eye. Jeffersons were notoriously struck poorly for almost fifty years.
