    On your 1946 Quarter it is considered centered. the planchent is aligned to the center of the die, an off center is not aligned to the center, compare the off center to yours!!

    I think the weight should be about 0.8 grams (I don't think the hole would affect the weight by .1 gram, but I have no idea).

    It's pretty awesome to see an off center Trime!
