Does this dime look like full bands to you? I think it does but I've been fooled before.

Yes, it's full bands. (unless I'm blind)

Full bands but the obv looks harshly cleaned to me.

ugh, you guys made me take the holder apart to re image haha. :) It really does not look cleaned in hand. I think you guys are seeing die polish lines. These new photos might show better... they look raised like die polish lines.

Take note of the lines between nose and chin, which only occur in the field and are interrupted by the design. Also notice the lines in the field between hair and designers initials are raised, and the portion that crosses the design (the farthest point east of the hair at the nape of the neck) does not run right over the design but is merely interrupted by it and continues on, on either side. The design is not also showing the lines. Therefore I believe die polish lines are present.

    For once, I agree completely.

The lines in the fields appear to be die polish lines, but the hairlines on the devices are the result of a cleaning.

Besides that, there is not much difference between full band and non full band examples in the lower uncirculated grades for the 1941-D.
