Site working for me. I did the survey too after playing for a bit. couple of font issues is all I saw.
A friend had the same problem, she answered the security question, but never receved the email to verify. Have you been able to verify your account yet?
Yes I have been able to. Had to call 'em though. Anyway, I have to say they were helpful and now I can get into the site. All of my subscriptions are there but my credit card info is gone along with 8 years of past orders (2008 forward to the present. What happened to the stuff before that?). I used that information from time to time to determine original issue price.
I had no problem with the re-register process. I've added my subscriptions for next year as well. If not enough people add subscriptions, it's possible the mint will incentivise again next year (not holding my breath, but crossing my fingers).
I'd didn't have trouble resetting my password. It was a little confusing to re-enter the credit card information. It acted like nothing happened but it seemed to take the information when I returned into it. The subscription information is a little confusing. It shows all subscriptions starting on 1 January 2015. It also shows Franklin D. Roosevelt as the first one of the cover series. I hope not since I got it in September. All the enrollment prices how $0.00. That is helpful.
i do not like the new site. it is simply good for the mint only. and here is no cancel box. shipment over $300.oo is not next day delivery anymore.

Password reset went fine. No matter what, everyone must do a reset. Cruising the website, I read somewhere that all CC info was deleted at the old site to prevent any possible hacking of CC info during site transition. Re-entered CC info, and will test order system when I see something I want.
This is something you would have thought the mint would have communicated to all subscription / enrollment customers.
During the re-registration process, they tell you that no CC information was transferred. They said they didn't want to risk a possible leaking of that information during the transition.
Just to clarify using a mobile phone, whether it be an iPhone or an Android phone, to make purchases online has nothing to do with the "cloud". What determines your security is how your accessing the web. Are you connected to public wifi like at Starbucks? Or are you using your carrier's cellular network? I've used my iPhone to make several online purchases but always made sure I either used my carrier's network or was using a VPN app to connect to a public wifi spot or a password protected wifi hotspot. Granted nothing is 100% secure but you can minimize your risks, by not using password free public wifi hotspots, to make online purchases. As to the website itself. I like the look more than the old website. I also like that an order I placed on Sunday shipped out Tuesday rather than waiting a week or more for it to ship. In terms of canceling an order it's not that different from other companies. Once they are processing your order you typically can't cancel it from what I've noticed. So I'm not too disappointed about that.
