You know Matt, you should start a youtube channel. I think a "coolest thing to walk into the shop this week" would be a neat series online.

If you want to do such a thing you need to write up a good script and have a 1080p camera to record you along with some really good video editing software and of course a great audio system. I have friends who making video gaming videos and they have a thousand dollars or more invested in recording equipment.

 

I am thinking that budget isn't his biggest worry...

 

it will cost Matt a lot of time and money. it takes quite a while to write a script for a good video then edit out screw ups and all that. However it is a great way to give back to the hobby.

I think a youtube channel would be great for advertising your website and hopefully increasing sales. It may be that only hundreds of people see your "coolest thing" post here, but hundreds of thousands may see it on youtube.

 

My thoughts exactly. A ton of people love coins, paper money, or straight up bullion porn.

 

Wonder what the yearly average coin expenditures is for a youtube watcher Too bad some of those cute cats aren't for sale.
