Could this be a 1982 ddr zinc small date penny?

    I recently came across this 1982 zinc small date penny. I noticed that the reverse looks doubled. Upon research on the coppercoins.com website, I learned of some die markers to identify this variety. I found all die markers listed to identify it. Is it right to believe if ive located the known markers? Just in case, here are the best photos I could get. Any info would be a blessing!

    Not the 82 ddr. compare the E PLURIBUS UNUM to my avatar. the coin you posted shows signs of machine doubling.
