What are these going for these days? Approximately how much more than melt?

I picked a slabbed one up at a show a year or so ago for 840, I think Gold was in the 1300s then, so there usually is a premium

it all depends on grade and if it's been cleaned.

 

Looks like that piece might have been in a jewelry setting (rim damage) at one time....still a pretty coin.
